MULTIPLICATION BOARD (30 Lessons)

The Multiplication Board is an excellent first step to relate the sensorial concept of multiplication as "repeated addition".  The board is organized from one to ten across the top with a row of ten slots under each numeral.  Students manipulate the board in an exact Montessori way.  This material provides an excellent concrete step, which moves into the abstraction of multiplication facts.
