Our Software emphasizes movement!. - "The hand is the tool of the mind." ~ Dr Maria Montessori highlights the kinesthetic sense.

Exact Montessori movements taught with exact Montessori materials. Students use the dominant hand to manipulate Montessori materials in repetitive patterning movements that cross the midline. These movements pull from the left and right hemispheres of the brain. According to modern brain studies, this type of midline work builds synapses between brain cells.

MECS software utilizes a highly multisensory, sequential, and systematic approach. All of the MECS programs implement the "See, Hear, Say, Move, and Say as You Move" strategy which is so critical to higher brain development. This strategy promotes true mastery and true imprinting through the integration of multiple senses (visual processing, auditory processing, speech, kinesthetic movement).
